Personal Biography
Richard Atwaru is a Conflict Analyst at COMESA Secretariat under the Governance, Peace and Security Unit. Richard has worked for COMESA for over 10years. He is a technical lead on programmes on Democracy and Governance, Mediation support, Climate Change Peace and Security and Children Affected by Armed Conflict (CAAC).
