Personal Biography
Raymond Kitevu works as a Conflict Early Warning Expert. His overall responsibility includes overseeing the effective functioning of the COMESA Conflict Early Warning System (COMWARN). Before joining COMESA, Raymond had many years of experience working with diverse entities at national, regional, and international levels including the African Union, international agencies, other Regional Economic Communities, academia and research institutions on issues of peace, security, and development.
Raymond has a Master of Arts (M.A) Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of Nairobi.
