Raymond Kitevu is a Conflict Early Warning Expert of the COMESA Conflict Early Warning System (COMWARN). Before joining COMESA in June 2014, Raymond had over fifteen years of professional experience working in the field of peace and security with national and international NGOs and research institutions in Kenya and Eastern Africa. Raymond also worked for regional and international organizations including  IGAD and UNDP.
